The pizza is everyone’s favorite. It has a soft pizza dough, spicy pizza sauce, chicken tikka and veggies topping covered with mozzarella cheese. This pizza recipe is going to be favorite of everyone’s heart. One of the reason is that it’s my friend komal’s  recipie. We both love to cook. We find and try new recipes and always have tried to give credit to other. Her recipe is always going to be my favorite. I have tried it and believe me, it’s really awesome and easy always.




Ingredients

·       1/2 kg boneless chicken
·       1 cup yogurt
·       2 tablespoon National chicken tikka masala
·       1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
·       Oil as required
·       2 cup plain flour/maida
·       Salt as per taste
·       Sugar as required
·       1 teaspoon yeast
·       3 tablespoon milk
·       Warm water as required
·       Chili flakes as per taste
·       3 tomatoes
·       ½ cup ketchup
·       1 tablespoon cumin and coriander powder
·       Mozzarella cheese for topping
·       Capsicum and black olives for topping
·       8-9 black olives

Preparations

 For pizza dough:
·       Take a bowl and add Luke warm water,1 tablespoon sugar,1/2 tablespoon salt and yeast and rest it for 15 minutes until it turned to frothy and bubbly.
·       Add oil, milk and flour into the bowl.
·       Mix it well and make dough. Add water if needed.
·       Rest it for 1 hour in hot place like kitchen shelf.
·       Check if it rise double in size then dough is ready.

For chicken tikka:
·       Add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chicken tikka masala and boneless chicken into the bowl.
      Marinate it well and rest it for 30 minutes.
·       Take a pan, grease with oil and pour marinated chicken into the pan.
·       Cook it on medium flame until it is not cooked well.
·       Set aside for toppings.

For pizza sauce:
·       Heat the oil in the pan. Add Garlic ginger paste until it smells good.
·       Add chopped onions and sautĂ© it.
·       Add tomatoes, ½ tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, cumin and coriander powder and mix it well.
·      Add ketchup and cook for 5 minutes.

For pizza preparation:
·       Take the dough and deflaten it. Shape it a circle.
·       Spread pizza sauce on the dough.
·       Spread chicken tikka and grate the mozarella cheese.
·       Pour capsicum for topping and sprinkle black olives onto it.
·       Sprinkle red chili flake.
·       Preheat the oven and bake the pizza for 15 minutes.
·       Pizza is also cooked on pan.
·       Pizza is ready. Enjoy it with your friends or family.
