Chicken spring roll is really a delicious and simple recipe. It is an iftar special recipe. Its just like Chinese taste. Its fill up is so yummy. Chicken and veggies rolls are kids favorite snack.
Ingredients

2 cup boil & shredded chicken
·
2 cup capsicum
·
2 cup carrot
·
2 cup cabbage
·
1 & 1/2 tablespoon salt
·
2 tablespoon black pepper
·
3 tablespoon soya sauce
·
1 tablespoon vinegar
·
Roll sheets
·
Oil as required
·
2 tablespoon flour( maida )
Preparations
·
Heat the pan. Add some oil and then add boiled
and shredded chicken, carrot, capsicum and cabbage for a mixture.

Give it a good mix.
·
Add salt, pepper and soya sauce and fry it on
low flame for 5 to 10 minutes.
·
Set aside.
·
Add water in flour for a smooth paste.
·
Make the chicken spring roll by using mixture
and roll sheets. And close it with flour paste. You can also store it in
freezer.
·
Just fry until golden brown and serve it with
tomato garlic sauce.
