Ingredients
  • ½ kg potato
  • ½ kg boneless chicken
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chicken tikka masala
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • Mozzarella and cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • Oil as required
  • Chili flakes to taste
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tablespoon black pepper

Preparation
  • For Fries: Cut the potatoes in fries shape and fry them.
  • For chicken tikka: Take a bowl, add boneless chicken, yogurt,  chicken tikka masala, ginger garlic paste and marinate it for half an hour. Heat the pan and pour some oil and fry the marinated chicken.
  • For White sauce: Take a pan. Heat the butter, add flour and cook it. Add milk generously. Add grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese and mix well until it melts. Add salt and black pepper. White sauce is ready.
  • Assembling: Place the fries into tray, pour chicken tikka on it, sprinkle saute onions and capsicum on it. Pour white sauce on it and grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle onions and capsicum and tomato for decoration. Sprinkle chili flakes for taste. Heat it in microwave oven until cheese melt. Chicken tikka pizza fries are ready.
