We are here with a sweet, milky and delicious recipe custard badam sharbat. It’s a Ramadan special  recipe. It’s texture is thick and sweet. A refreshing drink due to basil seeds. It contains almonds and pistachio and just like a custard .
 


Ingredients

  • ½ cup Almonds (soaked and peeled)
  • 1 liter milk
  • Water as required
  • 1 tablespoon Almonds (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon pistachio (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla custard powder
  • !/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon basil seeds
  • ¾ cup sugar


Preparations

  • Take soaked overnight and peeled almonds. Add some water and grind it well for the paste.
  • Take 1 liter milk and bring it to boil. Add the paste and keep mixing in between.
  • Add sugar, sliced almonds and pistachio. Mix it well on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • Take a cup, add vanilla custard and milk in it. Mix it well and add gradually into boiled milk until it thickens. Let it cool.
  • Take a bowl. Add basil seeds into the water and soak for 10 minutes.
  • Mix basil seeds into the sharbat and add ice cubes in it.
  • Take two glasses and pour the mixture into it . Take a sip and enjoy it.
