Chicken pakora is a simple and easy recipe which is mostly used as snacks.In this recipe it is mixed with flour and some spices and deep fry into the oil.It is so yummy.
Ingredients

1 kg boneless chicken
·
1& 1/2 cup gram flour
·
1 tablespoon salt
·
½ tablespoon chili flakes
·
2 tablespoon National chat masala
·
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
·
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
·
1 teaspoon cumin powder
·
1 cup chopped onions
Preparations
·
Add gram flour, salt, chili flakes, national chat
masala, turmeric powder, coriander seeds, cumin powder and chopped onions into
a bowl and mix well.
·
Add water gradually to make batter and rest it
for 20 minutes.
·
Dip it into the batter and fry it on low flame
until it turned to golden brown.
·
Serve with national tomato ketchup and enjoy
your meal.
