Ingredients
  • 1 cup gram flour (basin)
  • 1 teaspoon ajwain
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon red chili
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ kg yogurt
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 tablespoon cream
  • ½ cup of milk
  • Imli & gurr ki chutney

Preparation
  • Take a bowl. Add gram flour, ajwain, red chili, turmeric and mix well. Add water gradually and whisk it to make a thick batter.
  • Add oil and whisk it for 2 minutes. Let it rest for 15 minutes and add baking soda in it.
  • Heat the oil and make bhallay for frying. Fry it on medium low flame until golden brown.
  • Take another bowl and add ½ tablespoon salt into lukewarm water and soak them for 15-20 minutes.
  • Add sugar, salt, cream and milk and whisk it well.
  • Now squeeze bhalla to remove excess water and put it into serving dish.
  • Pour dahi in it and put imli and gurr chutney on it and sprinkle chaat masala. Let it cool into refrigerator.
