Ingredients
- 1 cup gram flour (basin)
- 1 teaspoon ajwain
- ½ tablespoon salt
- ½ tablespoon red chili
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ kg yogurt
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 5 tablespoon cream
- ½ cup of milk
- Imli & gurr ki chutney
Preparation
- Take a bowl. Add gram flour, ajwain, red chili, turmeric and mix well. Add water gradually and whisk it to make a thick batter.
- Add oil and whisk it for 2 minutes. Let it rest for 15 minutes and add baking soda in it.
- Heat the oil and make bhallay for frying. Fry it on medium low flame until golden brown.
- Take another bowl and add ½ tablespoon salt into lukewarm water and soak them for 15-20 minutes.
- Add sugar, salt, cream and milk and whisk it well.
- Now squeeze bhalla to remove excess water and put it into serving dish.
- Pour dahi in it and put imli and gurr chutney on it and sprinkle chaat masala. Let it cool into refrigerator.
