It’s a starter and a most favorite dish in Pakistan dawat.
It’s a starter which is also served in restaurants’. So, we have no problem, we
make it at home in 15 minutes. The homemade food is safe and hygienic. So, take
care of your health and avoid hoteling by making your hygienic and yummy food
at home.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- ½ cup of oil
- ½ cup of ketchup
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red chili
- 1 cup boiled chana
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped cucumber without seeds
- Mint leaves
Preparation
- Heat the oil and cook the cumin seeds until brown.
- Add ketchup, sugar, salt, red chili and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add boiled chana and cook for 2 minutes. Turn of the flame and let it cool.
- Pour chopped onions and cucumber in it and mix it well.
- Plate it and decorate it with mint leaves.
you can also add beans and make red bean salad.
