Ingredients
  • ½ kg potatoes boiled
  • Coriander and mint leaves
  • 2 chopped green chili
  • ½ tablespoon chili flakes
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon chaat masala
  • ½ tablespoon black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon cumin seeds
  • ½ tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ cup rice flour


Preparation
  • Take a bowl. Mash boiled potatoes. Add coriander and mint leaves, green chili, chili flakes, salt, black pepper, chaat masala, cumin seeds, garam masala, turmeric powder, rice flour and mix well. Rest it for 15-20 minutes.
  • Make 10-12 tikki in round shape.
  • Heat the oil and shallow fry them. Squeeze lemon on it and serve it with ketchup or chutney.
