Ingredients
  • 1 cup dry milk powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ tablespoon cardamom seeds
  • 3 tablespoon ghee
  • ¼ cup milk

Preparation
  • Take dry milk, all-purpose flour, baking powder, cardamom seeds and mix it well.
  • Add ghee and milk and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Take 2 cup water and 1 cup sugar and add 7-8 cardamom and cook until sugar is dissolved.
  • Take the dough and knead until smooth dough. Make 10-12 balls without crack.
  • Fry it on low flame and put it in hot sugar syrup. Leave for 30 minutes.
  • Decorate it with almonds and serve it.
