Ingredients
- 1 cup dry milk powder
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tablespoon baking powder
- ½ tablespoon cardamom seeds
- 3 tablespoon ghee
- ¼ cup milk
Preparation
- Take dry milk, all-purpose flour, baking powder, cardamom seeds and mix it well.
- Add ghee and milk and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Take 2 cup water and 1 cup sugar and add 7-8 cardamom and cook until sugar is dissolved.
- Take the dough and knead until smooth dough. Make 10-12 balls without crack.
- Fry it on low flame and put it in hot sugar syrup. Leave for 30 minutes.
- Decorate it with almonds and serve it.
