Ingredients
  • 2 chicken fillet
  • ½ tablespoon black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup onions
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • ¾ cup olper cream

Preparation
  •  Take a chicken fillet and pound it with kitchen hammer.
  • Mix black pepper, salt, oil, vinegar, soya sauce and marinate chicken fillet for 2 hours.
  • Heat the grilled pan and cook the fillet from both sides.
  • Take a pan and heat the butter. Put the onions and sauté. Pour chicken stock in it and give a good mix. Turn off the flame and add cream and mix it well.
  • Turn on the flame and add salt to taste and black pepper. Cook until it turns to thick.
  • Take a plate and put the chicken fillet onto it and pour white sauce on it and serve it.
