Ingredients
- 2 chicken fillet
- ½ tablespoon black pepper
- ½ tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup onions
- ½ cup chicken stock
- ¾ cup olper cream
Preparation
- Take a chicken fillet and pound it with kitchen hammer.
- Mix black pepper, salt, oil, vinegar, soya sauce and marinate chicken fillet for 2 hours.
- Heat the grilled pan and cook the fillet from both sides.
- Take a pan and heat the butter. Put the onions and sauté. Pour chicken stock in it and give a good mix. Turn off the flame and add cream and mix it well.
- Turn on the flame and add salt to taste and black pepper. Cook until it turns to thick.
- Take a plate and put the chicken fillet onto it and pour white sauce on it and serve it.
