Ingredients

  •            1/2 kg boneless chicken
  •            ½ tablespoon turmeric
  •       ½ tablespoon cumin powder
  •       1 tablespoon all spices (garam masala)
  •       2 tablespoon soy sauce
  •       1 cup cream
  •       1/2 tablespoon salt
  •       ½ cup mayonnaise
  •       ½ tablespoon black pepper
  •           1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
  •           Oil as required
  •           2 cup plain flour/maida
  •           Salt as per taste
  •           Sugar as required
  •           1 teaspoon yeast
  •           3 tablespoon milk
  •          Warm water as required
  •          Chili flakes as per taste
  •          3 tomatoes
  •          ½ cup ketchup
  •          1 tablespoon cumin and coriander powder
  •          Mozzarella cheese for topping
  •         Capsicum and black olives for topping
  •          8-9 black olives


Preparations

 For pizza dough:
  • ·       Take a bowl and add Luke warm water,1 tablespoon sugar,1/2 tablespoon salt and yeast and rest it for 15 minutes until it turned to frothy and bubbly.
  • ·       Add oil, milk and flour into the bowl.
  • ·       Mix it well and make dough. Add water if needed.
  • ·       Rest it for 1 hour in hot place like kitchen shelf.
  • ·       Check if it rise double in size then dough is ready.


For malai boti:
  •       Add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder,salt, chili flakes, yogurt and boneless chicken into the bowl.
  •     Marinate it well and rest it for 2 hours.
  •       Take a pan, grease with oil and pour marinated chicken into the pan.
  •      Cook it on medium flame until it is not cooked well.
  •     On the other side, add cream, mayonnaise, black pepper, milk, salt and whisk it well.
  •    Add this mixture into the pan and cook the chicken until it is not dry.
  •        Set aside for toppings.


For pizza sauce:
  • ·       Heat the oil in the pan. Add Garlic ginger paste until it smells good.
  • ·       Add chopped onions and sauté it.
  • ·       Add tomatoes, ½ tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, cumin and coriander powder and mix it well.
  • ·      Add ketchup and cook for 5 minutes.

For pizza preparation:
  • ·       Take the dough and deflaten it. Shape it a circle.
  • ·       Spread pizza sauce on the dough.
  • ·       Spread chicken malai boti and grate the mozarella cheese.
  • ·       Pour capsicum for topping and sprinkle black olives onto it.
  • ·       Sprinkle red chili flake.
  • ·       Preheat the oven and bake the pizza for 15 minutes.
  • ·       Pizza is also cooked on pan.
  • ·       Pizza is ready. Enjoy it with your friends or family.
