Today we are going to make pizza but fries pizza. This is so new recipes which have fries on the place of dough. Cheese, chicken, sauce, topping are same. But the taste is incredible. I suggest you to make this easy recipe at your home. It takes less time than regular pizza but double delicious in taste. Just try it and explore a new flavor.




Ingredients

  • 3-4 potatoes
  • Oil as required
  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 1 tablespoon tikka masala
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • Grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese
  • Pizza sauce
  • Chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicum for topping
  • 7-8 black olives
  • Chili fakes

Preparations

  • Firstly cut the potatoes into fries shape and sprinkle a pinch of salt and let them deep fry for 7-8 minutes until crispy.
  • Take a bowl. Add tikka masala, yogurt, ginger garlic paste and mix it well. Marinate chicken fillet for half an hour.
  • Take 2 tablespoon oil and cook the fillet for 3-4 minutes. Add some water into it for good cook.
  • Cover and cook on low flame.
  • Shred it and saute for 2 minutes.
  • For assembling: Take a plate. Keep some potato fries, then mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then pizza sauce, then cooked chicken, again grated cheese. Sprinkle some chopped onions, capsicum and tomato.
  • Put some more cheese and black olives. Sprinkle chili flakes for taste. And your pizza fries are ready. Enjoy your meal.
