Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon crushed sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup milk
Preparation
- Add flour, baking powder, sugar, salt to taste into a bowl and whisk it well.
- Add egg, melted butter and milk, Whisk until well combined for a good batter.
- Take a heated pan and grease it with butter.
- Pour the batter and cook on low flame. Flip the side when bubbles rise on the surface.
- Plate the pancakes and pour some honey or chocolate for the taste.
