Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon crushed sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup milk

Preparation
  • Add flour, baking powder, sugar, salt to taste into a bowl and whisk it well.
  • Add egg, melted butter and milk, Whisk until well combined for a good batter.
  • Take a heated pan and grease it with butter.
  • Pour the batter and cook on low flame. Flip the side when bubbles rise on the surface.
  • Plate the pancakes and pour some honey or chocolate for the taste.
